Delivery Information

We despatch all our orders to the Great Britain mainland using a carrier service that delivers most orders in 1 to 2 working days. Some larger items (usually 30kg or more) are shipped on a 2 - 3 working day service. Non mainland deliveries may take a little longer, as might orders for some more specialist items. Check with us beforehand if unsure.

Christmas and New Year Period: Orders received after 20th December will usually not be shipped until the first working day following the New Year holiday.

All GB mainland orders of £75 and over in value (excluding VAT) are shipped free of charge on our standard delivery. For orders under this amount a postage and packing charge of £6.95 (excluding VAT) will be added. 

Parcels are only despatched and delivered on weekdays.

Delivery is to the ground floor. If you require delivery to anything other than the ground floor, please contact us for a quotation before ordering or select the Delivery PLUS Installation option where available.

A next working day shipping option is available to GB Mainland only, for orders received before 1:00pm. In some cases, next day shipment can also be arranged for orders received later than this but you should call us first to check:   01225 487200.

Next day shipping is not available to the following areas: Northern Ireland , Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Aberdeenshire and the Isle of Man.

Extra delivery charges apply to orders for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, any other non-mainland orders and all international orders. These delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the item. Channel Islands subject to zero VAT

Our carriers usually deliver Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm and should post a card through the door with a contact number if there is no one to sign for the delivery. Customers should use the contact information on the card to re-arrange the delivery by phone or online.

In the event of a non-delivery as above, if the carrier receives no contact from the customer, items are usually returned to us in 7 to 10 working days. Any items returned to us will incur a re-delivery or re-stocking charge. This charge may vary depending on the size of the item.


International Delivery

For all international orders you should contact us before ordering for a quotation on delivery. If you fail to do so, we will contact you with the delivery charge for the goods that you must agree to before we despatch your item.
